Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing payments made to Apex Global Careers for overseas recruitment, work permit assistance, and study abroad consulting services.
1. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.
2. Service Fees
Service fees paid for documentation guidance, processing support, or consulting services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Services have not yet started
- A written cancellation request is received within 7 days of payment
3. Visa Rejection
Apex Global Careers does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made by embassies and immigration authorities.
In case of visa rejection:
- Service fees remain non-refundable
- Government or embassy fees are non-refundable
4. Client Cancellation
If a client chooses to discontinue services after processing has begun, fees already paid are non-refundable.
5. Employer or University Decisions
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Employer withdraws job offer
- University rejects admission
- Immigration policies change
6. Processing Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by embassies, government authorities, employers, or external agencies.
7. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
